Construction site inspection form template

Who it is for
This template accompanies the site manager during the walkthrough. It is made to be filled while walking, on a phone, often with no signal — a steel-framed building is enough to cut it. Capture continues and syncs on return. The order of sections follows the order of the walk itself, which is what stops it from being filled back at the site office from memory.

What happens on submission
A form that stops at collection leaves the work undone. Here is what submission triggers.
- Each snag becomes a task assigned to the contractor concerned.
- Closing requires an after photo: the file closes on evidence.
