You import the site plan — an architect's PDF, an image — and place points on it. A snag sits exactly where it was observed, something no GPS coordinate can do inside a building.

The snag carries an owner and a deadline
Observed, assigned, dated. It stays open until it is closed, and closing it also requires evidence — the after photo.

The report writes itself
The visit report fills your own template from what was recorded, and goes out to recipients. In meeting mode the assistant also drafts the minutes and extracts the decisions made.

The client follows without calling you
A tracking page shows the current stage and the remaining snags, without opening your back office to them. That is what cuts down on "where are we?" calls.

The snag list builds at handover, each with its photo. Closure requires the after photo: the handover file closes on evidence, not on ticked boxes.

Can we use our existing plans?
Yes: a plan PDF, a photo or an architect's export import as they are, and points go on top. No prior conversion, no drawing software.
How do we know whether a snag has been closed?
It stays open until someone closes it, and closing requires evidence. The tracking board shows what remains, by package and by contractor.
Can the client check progress?
Yes, through a public tracking page showing the current stage — with no access to the rest of your account. For a full space with documents and requests, the Client portal goes further.
Does it work on a site with no network coverage?
Yes. Capture and photos are kept on the device and sync when the signal returns. Available on every plan, including the free one.
