Which modules does Forms work with?
Forms connects natively to Tasks, Notes, Automations, ThingsMail, Analytics and Documents. Data flows from one module to the next with no export or integration to set up.
Do I need to write code to build a form?
No. Fields are placed by drag-and-drop, and conditional logic — showing a question only when a previous answer matches — is configured in the same interface. You can also describe the form you want in a sentence to the AI Agent, which builds it for you.
How do I publish a form and share it?
Once your form is ready you get a public link to send as-is, or an embed snippet for your own site. Test it once from a phone before sharing it: that is where overly long fields or a clumsy confirmation message show up.
What happens to the responses I receive?
They land in a results table, not an inbox. From there each response can trigger what comes next automatically: create a task, feed a customer record, send an acknowledgement. That is what removes re-keying between tools.
Are forms included in the free plan?
Yes. The Forms module is available from the free plan, with no card required. Higher plans lift volume limits and unlock adjacent modules such as advanced automations.
