The inspection ends on site, not back at the office

Inspection forms on mobile, photos attached to the checkpoint, the client's signature on the technician's device. What is observed is recorded the moment it is observed.

What gets in the way today

The technician writes in a notebook or on a printed sheet, takes photos on their phone, and rebuilds the report that evening — sometimes the next day. In between, details fade, photos get mixed up between jobs, and the client waits. The cost is invisible on a single job: it shows up in disputes, when nobody can find the evidence of what was observed.

    How it works

    1. 01

      The form follows the round

Each type of job has its form: checkpoints, expected values, required fields. Conditional logic shows only what concerns the equipment at hand, so nobody scrolls past thirty questions to fill in six.

    2. 02

      Capture works without a signal

Basement, industrial zone, remote site: capture continues offline and syncs when the signal returns. Available on every plan including the free one — network coverage should never decide how good a record is.

    3. 03

Photos and signature at the point of observation

The photo is taken from within the form and stays tied to the checkpoint, not to a camera roll. The client signs on the device at the end of the job: the signed record goes straight into Documents, with no scanning back at base.

    4. 04

The report and what follows go out on their own

An observed fault creates the follow-up task and notifies whoever needs to know. The PDF report fills your own template and goes to the client. Nobody re-keys anything, nobody forgets.

    The modules involved

No development: these are catalogue modules, already connected to one another.

    Three concrete situations

    Equipment maintenance

A technician works through a fleet of equipment, records the state of each, photographs what looks wrong and has the site manager sign. Equipment sits on a floor plan rather than in a list: you tap where you are standing.

    Periodic regulatory checks

Extinguishers, emergency lighting, electrical installations: the same form comes back on a fixed cycle. Each checkpoint keeps its history, which lets you show a series of checks rather than one isolated record.

    Delivery and handover

Condition on arrival, any reservations, the recipient's signature. Disputes are settled on dated, signed photos rather than on two versions of a memory.

    Frequently asked questions

What happens if the technician has no signal?

Capture continues as normal: the form, photos and signature are kept on the device and sent as soon as the signal returns. Nothing is lost and the technician has nothing special to do.

    Is an app installation required?

Not to get started: the form opens in the phone's browser and works offline from the free plan. The installable mobile app is available from the Essential plan, for teams who prefer an icon on the home screen.

Does a signature collected on site carry weight?

It is timestamped, attached to the document and the job, and kept with all related records. For a full electronic signature flow — sending, reminders, identity evidence — the Signature module takes over.

How long does it take to equip a team?

A first usable inspection form fits in one working session. The rest comes with use: you add an automation when a step starts repeating, not before.
