Which modules does Maps work with?
Maps connects natively to Forms, Field and Property. Data flows from one module to the next with no export or integration to set up.
Why put maps in a data collection tool?
Because a lot of data has a place: a piece of equipment, a site, a checkpoint. Pinning a form to a map lets someone in the field record at the right spot, without hunting through a list.
Can I share a map with people outside my account?
Yes, through a public link. Recipients see the map and can fill in the linked forms, with no account and no access to your workspace.
What can I annotate on a map?
Points, areas and comments, each with the form of your choice attached. Responses then flow in like any other submission, usable in your dashboards.
Which plan includes the Maps module?
Included from the Essential plan, public sharing included. Field uses — photos, on-site signature — belong to the Field module, on the Business plan.
