Which modules does Signature work with?
Signature connects natively to Documents, Contracts and Legal. Data flows from one module to the next with no export or integration to set up.
Does the recipient need an account?
No. They get a link, sign, and it is done. Requiring a signup in order to sign is the surest way never to get the document back.
What happens to the signed document?
It returns to Documents, attached to its original folder. No signed copy adrift in an inbox while the original sits waiting elsewhere.
What if the person does not sign?
Reminders go out automatically at the pace you choose. That usually unblocks things: forgetting is far more common than refusing.
