Which modules does Projects work with?
Projects connects natively to Tasks, Forms, Documents and CRM. Data flows from one module to the next with no export or integration to set up.
How is this different from the Tasks module?
Tasks are actions; a project is the folder gathering them along with its documents, exchanges and client. You look at the progress of a whole, not the state of one isolated action.
What does the aggregated view show?
All folders with their progress, side by side. It is the view for a team meeting, when the question is "where do we stand" rather than "who does what today".
Are the client's documents attached?
Yes, the folder brings together tasks, documents and the client record. That spares you searching three modules to reconstruct an old project's history.
