    Frequently asked questions about CRM

Which modules does CRM work with?

CRM connects natively to Forms, ThingsMail, Appointments and Base. Data flows from one module to the next with no export or integration to set up.

Where do CRM contacts come from?

From your own flows: a form response creates or completes a record, a message received in Inbox attaches to it, and your data tables can feed the whole. You can also import an existing list to get started.

Do I need a separate CRM if I already use Forms?

That is precisely what this module avoids. Forms collect; the CRM keeps the memory of the relationship: exchange history, open opportunities, next step. Without it, that memory ends up scattered between an inbox and a spreadsheet.

How do I follow up on a lead without re-entering their address?

From the contact record, the message goes out through Thingsmail or Inbox and is logged in the history. A meeting can be offered straight after through the Appointments module. Nothing is copied between tools.

    Which plan includes the CRM?

The CRM is included from the Pro plan. Lower plans cover collection and task tracking; the CRM becomes useful when you need to follow relationships over time rather than isolated requests.
