What can the AI Agent actually do?
You describe what you want in plain language — "a signup form with a question about allergies" — and it proposes matching actions in your workspace: create the form, a note, open a module. It acts inside your account, not in a vacuum.
Can the agent change my data without my approval?
No. Actions are proposed and shown before they run: you review and confirm them. This is deliberate — an assistant acting in a real workspace must stay under control, especially when several people share the account.
Can I talk to it instead of typing?
Yes. Voice calling opens a natural conversation with the mic on, during which the agent can create or take notes live. A meeting mode goes further: ambient listening, live minutes and extraction of the decisions made.
Which plan gives access to the AI Agent?
