Which modules does Shared Access work with?
Shared Access connects natively to Audit, Forms and Documents. Data flows from one module to the next with no export or integration to set up.
How do I give access to someone outside?
Through a secure link with precise permissions: what the person may see, and what they may change. They need no full account in your organisation.
Can I limit access to a single folder?
Yes, that is the main use. An accountant sees the accounting documents, a client sees their folder — and nothing else. The usual alternative, opening broadly then trusting, is what this module replaces.
Do I know what guests looked at?
Yes, through the Audit module: guest access is logged like any other. That lets you answer precisely if the question comes up later.
